"Still waiting around for my refund"
I’m still waiting to get my refund, and it’s been frustrating. I expected it to come through by now, but I haven’t received anything yet, and there hasn’t really been any clear update either. At this point I just want the refund processed and the whole thing sorted out.

I’ve been trying to log in and it just keeps failing. The password reset email never shows up either, no matter how many times I try. On top of that, I ended up waiting in the queue forever just to get help, which made it even more frustrating. I just needed to get online, not deal with all this...

"Payment kept failing and now I don’t really trust the site"
I tried to buy wifi through gogoinflight.com and the payment just would not go through. No clear explanation, just errors, and then it made me start the whole process over again. My card works fine everywhere else, so it really felt like the problem was on their end. when a payment page acts that flaky, it makes me lose trust fast. I just wanted to get online during my flight, not deal with a broken checkout. Really frustrating experience.

I paid for the WiFi because I needed to get some work done, not just browse around or check email. The issue was that my work VPN would not stay connected, and without the VPN I basically can’t access most of the sites and tools I use for my job. I tried reconnecting a few times and it kept failing, so it ended up being frustrating. Technically the WiFi may have been available, but for my situation it was kind of useless because I couldn’t actually do the work I paid to be able to do.

"WiFi barely worked on most of my flights"
I can’t say I didn’t give it a fair shot, I tried the WiFi on a few different trips, and it was hit or miss. On some flights it wouldn’t connect at all, and on others it kept dropping every 10 minutes or so. If you actually need to get online while you’re in the air, I wouldn’t bother paying for it.

I tried using it on my Android tablet, but the site kept telling me it wasn’t supported. Couldn’t even get online, which was frustrating tbh

So... trying to pay was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. My payment kept failing for no clear reason, and the whole checkout process ended up being really annoying.

"Canceling was a bit of a hassle..."
The wifi itself worked fine... nothing amazing, but it did the job. The annoying part was trying to manage the subscription. It wasn’t super clear where to go, and I had to click around a bunch before I finally found the cancel option. It did cancel in the end, and I didn’t get charged again, so that was good

I tried using it on both my phone and laptop, but as soon as I switched devices, it kicked me off the other one. Not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to work?

"Paid for Wi-Fi, but it never worked"
I paid expecting to have Wi-Fi on the flight, but it never even showed up as an option. I asked the crew and they just told me to try again later, which didn’t help at all. It kind of had that “no real person is actually dealing with this” feeling. I couldn’t get any work done, so it ended up being a total waste.

"WiFi kept cutting out the whole flight"
I paid for GoGo inflight WiFi, or whatever they’re calling that spotty little service, and it barely worked. It would connect for a couple minutes, drop, then make me go through the same reconnecting routine over and over. I must’ve tried at least 10 times and mostly just watched it spin.
I couldn’t send emails or even load simple pages, which is ridiculous for something you’re paying extra for. For the price, I expected at least a basic steady connection. Super frustrating, and I definitely won’t be buying it again.

"Charged more than I expected"
Booked my flight, picked what I wanted, thought everything was set. Then later I see an extra charge on the bill. No real explanation. I contacted support, but they basically sent back the same generic reply. Maybe it was some system issue, I don’t know. Still ended up paying more than I should have. Frustrating

"Logging in was way more annoying than it needed to be"
I tried getting online during my flight and the login just kept sending me right back to the beginning. Then I tried resetting my password and that took forever too. I get that stuff glitches sometimes, but when you only have a short amount of time to use the Wi-Fi, it’s really frustrating. Just felt like way too much hassle for something that should’ve been simple..

I tried contacting gogoinflight support about a connection problem and didn’t get anything helpful back. The wait for a response was way too long, which made it even more annoying since I was already dealing with it in the middle of a trip

I tried to use it and, i couldn’t even log in half the time. Pages kept freezing, and the app would just kick me out over and over. Really frustrating experience.

"Streaming was pretty much a mess"
I tried watching for a while, but it kept buffering and then randomly kicking me off over and over. I’d get settled in, think maybe it was finally working, and then nope, back out again. it got annoying fast and I kind of just gave up
